The hotel staff, notably the 24-hour reception team, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any request made our stay stress-free. the bar/lounge area provided a relaxed setting for networking and unwinding after a day of meetings. the fitness center allowed me to maintain my routine while away from home, and the on-site amenities like flat-screen TVs and board games added a touch of leisure to our downtime. the hotel's central location near key landmarks and subway access made exploring the city convenient.
